Food Products
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been picked up, delivered, or shipped.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting us with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will issue a refund or make a new order with our next week menu.
If the issue is determined to be an error on our part, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
A replacement plate
Credit for a future purchase
A full or partial refund
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery for a full refund unless otherwise stated for specialty or custom orders.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of fulfillment may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and preparation may have already begun.
